 This is a very important Cease and Desist document; it is also a demand for assistance document. This asistance should be given straight away. In  regards to  previous police matters concerning me , I am calling for an inquiry. You must seek independent legal advice and further clarification, especially if you are unsure what to do after receiving this document. You or your legal counsel, should communicate with me urgently, in order to assist me with attending to the urgent and serious matters raised, or if you need further explanations as to your responsibilities, regarding these matters.
 
I am a person who is suffering greatly, because of criminal behaviour that is targeting me from various parties. This crime also harms others. I am seeking urgent help for myself and others affected. You, and the organizations you represent, are involved in this, and it is in your best interests to render assistance and take appropriate corrective and humanitarian actions immediately. In fact you are duty bound to help.
This crime is deliberately organised by a group of zealous filmmakers and activists in concert with many others, who operate in a clandestine manner, in order to highlight flaws in the judicial process, and business, corporate, media, governmental, medical and personal ethics, as well as inadequacies in human rights legislation, equal rights protection, elitist policing, personal liberties, the dangers of modern technology and big brother type authoritarianism. Obviously people also have personal, socio-political and financial reasons. They have no care for your personal situation or mine. Some of those directly involved told me recently, that they are continuing to torture me, to steal mine, and others, intellectual property, harass and interfere with me and my pursuit of justice, simply because they want to avoid police and crown prosecution and make private, criminal and civil prosecutions horrendously difficult logistically and practically.
The crime is massive, has far reaching consequences for individuals, the operators of businesses, organisations, etc especially if they are unethical or rely on unethical people for their business ideas, marketing, product design, speech writing, writing in general, etc, or in the production of their products in fields as diverse as music, television, biotechnology, design, film and sport, publishing, retail, manufacturing, cooking etc..
Alarmingly, I am being tortured and attacked by people operating, computer controlled implant devices that are integrated into my body. Those devices affect my bodily functions, movement, behaviour, actions and emotions. The implants and the people wilfully abusing them, are causing constant and at times extreme pain, medical illnesses, immense emotional sickness, physical tiredness, and anxiety. My body and its vital organs are also suffering from hosting the foreign objects as well as the consequences of their use. People deliberately use the dangerous implant devices to hurt me and are acting in concert, with a conspiracy of others. If you have knowledge of this, you must contact me immediately, bring assistance if you can.  The device is made possible by recent inventions of current conducting polymers in New Zealand, and the combination of that technology with wireless internet and digital electronics.
The illegal surgery that resulted in my body becoming host to the implants happened in Auckland, New Zealand where I am permanently domiciled. I had been coerced into attending a series of dental visits, where I was non-consensually sedated. After that time I began experiencing unusual interference, in my brain and body function, overtime the interference expanded and multiplied. It took several years till the realisation that I was suffering from neural interference caused by wireless computer controlled implants, secreted inside me.  I had first realised a large scale film production and cover-up conspiracy was in operation around me, causing many of the crimes and life threatening incidents that were consuming my time. I was told the truth and confirmed my own diagnosis shortly after I began attempts to engage police and legal assistance.
Obviously non-consensually monitoring, harassing, hurting, assaulting and obstructing a citizen is crime in itself. The fact that a film production is exploiting my suffering by documenting this is not an excuse for that neither does it indemnify the guilty. When I began seeking medical, legal, and judicial as well as assistance from law enforcement authorities including The New Zealand Police, even more serious torture and crime began. The wilful use of constant loud talk from implants inside my head, as well as excruciating physical pain caused by the implants and individuals operating them began. This continues to day unabated and I am now several years past the point of realisation and am desperately trying to stop the crime that is beseeching me and my person within a backdrop of having many people, some fearful of imprisonment, behaving desperately, dangerously, irrationally, criminally, mercilessly and  negligently. I am wilfully being obstructed as I pursue justice, and advice everyone, to report to me any third party interference they have regarding this cease and desist document. A body of evidence is continuing to be developed, a difficult task without the cooperation of the NZ Police and yourselves; I urgently need assistance from you to ensure the crimes are stopped and I can live a free life again, unhindered by the burden of suffering and being a guinea pig to a filmmakers attempts to shock and change the world.
I am, in fact the victim of multiple organised serious crimes. As well as the implant torture, those crimes involve stalking, harassment, cruel physical and sexual assaults, rape, illegal surgery, medical misadventure, kidnapping, imprisonment, poisoning, stupefying, verbal abuse, violence, obstruction, obstruction of justice, failing to supply necessities of life, withholding information, breaking and entering, substantial forced intellectual property theft and misuse, physical property theft, fraud and financial thefts. My loss of earnings, is extremely substantial, in point of fact, they are in terms of, billions of dollars. A great portion of that is from the misuse of my intellectual property, not just loss of earnings due to business sabotage, theft and the illegal use of my money and earnings. I am constantly in fear for my life. Obviously my privacy, health and human rights are being brutally violated. I have also experienced several conspired miscarriages of justice in the New Zealand courts that have resulted in cruel and unusual imprisonments, violence and the forced administration of harmful and dangerous, wrongly prescribed medicines. All these injustices and crimes, as well as others, have been deliberately organised by the criminal conspiracy of which, you are a party to. What is happening is inhumane, it violates all human rights, founding law documents as well as, established and legislated law.
These overwhelming problems are compounding, increasing in scope, and becoming more serious, because of your delays and inaction in addressing the crimes. Consequently the liabilities you face are also increasing in severity. This is a situation where time is of the essence, and where people have the power to kill me deliberately or accidentally at their criminal fingertips. It is both a frightening time and a time for bold action.
Simply; I am being tortured in terrible ways. My pain and suffering is ongoing, it continues to get more severe, as time passes and the non-consensual irresponsible and illegal behaviour continues unabated. You and your organisations actions are complicit with this shocking and deplorable criminal activity. Therefore you are risking imprisonment and enormous exemplary and punitive damages payouts in New Zealand and elsewhere if you continue to support and or profit the crime, or do nothing to stop the crime. You and your company may face bankruptcy; lose customers, profits, value and respect. Worldwide civil and criminal legal actions are inevitable. It is in your interests to treat this situation seriously and offer potentially life saving assistance, information and evidence.
 
I am told that the production, domiciled in New Zealand involves Peter Jackson, of Wingnut films Ltd, Weta Workshop Ltd and  associated collaborators: companies, Individuals, filmmakers, activists, lawyers, professionals, businesses, organisations, film commissions, banks, council, government and public Institutions including universities, hospitals and police authorities, as well as yourselves. I can confirm much of that by my own observation. In New Zealand and worldwide many businesses, governments and citizens are exposing themselves, as being complicit, aware, involved, and supportive of my suffering and torture, by their participation in the torture production. Many profit or intend to profit from the creative and financial spoils, or proceeds of the crimes. That is crime in itself. All this crime must be stopped. I Demand that all people who are involved Cease and Desist their participation. You should also insist that all filmmakers, and their production and other associates, stop participating and profiteering immediately. You should provide all evidence and knowledge to me and begin remedying your past actions. You must join me in exposing and stopping this crime and travesty.
I have made numerous NZ Police, government department and authority complaints. The New Zealand Police have deliberately and negligently refused to professionally investigate and prosecute those involved. Consequently the crime is ongoing and has not been stopped. In illegally protecting filmmakers, politicians, themselves and others by that action, The New Zealand Police have increased my suffering immensely, and increased their own, and your culpability and liability, alarmingly. This is a final warning to The NZ Police and other New Zealand law enforcement authorities, to take immediate and professional investigative and crime stopping action. I demand you to communicate that warning to The NZ Police and other law enforcement associates and authorities. Because of the NZ Police and NZ Governments, ongoing failure to stop the torture and other crimes, and to prosecute the criminals, I am now forced to take private legal prosecutorial actions. I have called for an inquiry and do so again here. I also need assistance by way of oral and written evidence to commence interlocutory proceeding. I remain resolute that this crime will be stopped and all participants prosecuted, despite being tortured and obstructed for trying I am persisting with that course of action, and need your help now regarding that and other related matters.
Many people are involved with the crime and while this involvement spreads the blame, a tactic of those involved.  It also makes the totality of this crime much more difficult for me to stop, especially acting alone. However, just because others are involved, this does not lessen individual culpability or the consequences you will face. Especially, when the suffering is so great, and matters concern the most fundamental of human rights. Consequently you cannot rely on others to stop the crime, you must take responsibility yourselves. Therefore, be advised to immediately Cease and Desist your involvement in aiding and abetting the crime, even if others don’t. Insist that others also Cease and Desist, their involvement even if they are profiteering from the crimes. You should provide humanitarian and potentially life saving assistance, this is common sense.
Basically, it is actually wrong to interfere in someone’s life, non-consensually, especially when it causes harm, and more so, as it is over a very long time (up to ten years) and is around the clock (24hrs a day). Legally in its mildest form this crime is usually called, stalking or harassment. However, the extent of crime in my case is far more severe than just that. By being involved, people are party to very serious crimes and human rights abuses, even if they are unaware of the full extent of those heinous crimes. By being involved in any way whatsoever, people are liable to face charges of conspiracy to torture, obstruction justice and may others. These charges are common in New Zealand Law and readily punished by Judges and Justices with imprisonment sentences.
No one should spy, or interfere with my life, especially not an organized group, that uses a crime conspiracy, that involves; contrived acting, distraction, obstruction, filming, spying, bugging, deceit, noise, conspiring and collusion, to delay, divert, and stop me, from addressing, serious; criminal, business, medical and personal issues. This puts my life at great risk and actually causes me and others, immense stress, physical harm, loss of earnings, huge financial stress and loss of liberty, it is also, morally, legally and ethically repugnant. All people involved are guilty of participating in a cruel illegal criminal conspiracy that uses torture to achieve its ends, no matter what their individual or business role is. Therefore all people involved are warned to stop the people torturing me immediately. Citizens should intervene to assist in identifying, locating and stopping all this torture, crime and suffering. Take direct action or face severe legal actions both civil and criminal, which will likely result in imprisonment. How can anyone allow torture to continue?
Filmmakers, production assistants, casts and crews and all directly involved must understand they will be jailed, if not by corrupted and wilfully negligent police or crown prosecutors, then as a result of the private legal prosecution, which as explained is imminent, and will proceed without fear or favour as soon as practicable. I intend to take charge of those prosecutions; hence any favours promised from The NZ Police, crown prosecutors, film & production lawyers and officials are void. Any confidentiality clauses in contracts are invalidated by the seriousness of this offending, which will result in court proceedings. Those directly involved in this torture, especially those with knowledge, those who have undertaken acts of crime, those who have profited from the crime and business activity surrounding it, and all those who have not come to the aid of their major victim (me), will in all likely-hood be imprisoned. You are not innocent bystanders, and deserve to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. This also applies to all people who aid the production in any way, including at the times when there is no filming in operation or in ancillary functions, and by the provision of professional services. It is no excuse to blame superiors; all who contribute to this crime are guilty of conspiracy, complicity, and negligence etc. Being paid to do crimes, cover them up or anything whatsoever in conjunction with the torture film production, its financing or functioning is an aggravating factor not a mitigating factor. You must tell all superiors, directors, producers, torturers, collaborators etc to stop: take direct action if they refuse; report your knowledge to others, especially myself, and contact me directly with the utmost haste, so as to assist me in stopping the crime and the excruciating physical pain I endure.
Sadistic zealots operate this biotech equipment, with the aid of computers, software, microchips and wireless digital technology, and with cooperation of people such as you and others. I cannot turn the meditech torture devices off or control them personally. People experiment with and abuse my body. It is like, a constant remote controlled rape. I am their guinea pig, a human robot. Although that sounds unlikely, it is the truth. It is also robotized torture.  The implants are a  threat to future civilisation, liberty and your way of life, that is one of the motives for this sorry affair in the first place.
 No one should think of these implanted devices as benign GPS microchip tracking implants, they are truly digital torture machines. People do not just follow me with the devices they are waiting for me, know what I am likely to do and say. They are hurting me, causing real pain, which is often extreme and they are to a larger or lesser extent controlling me, via remote control, as I try to live a free life. The devices control my basic metabolism, sexual function, digestion, breathing, sweating, sneezing, heart rate, blood pressure, eye focus and movement, taste, feel, balance and other bodily functions. The certain evidence I have includes my personal testimony, scans, scars and marks, research and having been told I have neural and bugging implants. The implants have auditory and optic capabilities, which are exploited to cause emotional distress. I am seeking medical assistance from you, and need independent doctors urgently, to examine and observe me, and my evidence to date. They need to oversee advanced radiology and to advise and advocate on my behalf all matters regarding my health, the nature of the implants and the process necessary for removing these life threatening devices. I also need funding for all that.
Organisations, companies, scientists and individuals providing the implant devices and any equipment, facilities, tools, technology, components, intellectual property etcetera, used in their manufacture, installation and running, are reminded that they will be held responsible for all losses and suffering from this criminal enterprise as well those that provide equipment, finance, products and services that are used in conjunction with the devices and the torture film production. Participation in this type of endeavour demonstrates extreme negligence. The product liability claims will deservedly bankrupt all organisations, companies and individuals involved. Equipment suppliers and all people and companies financing or participating are warned again to come to my assistance with humanitarian aid and to cease further involvement that aids and abets the torture, crime and productions.
People are exploiting the integrated phone, internet and visual elements of those meditech devices to terrorise, scare, intimidate, distress, confuse and hurt me. I am subjected to constant, unliveable incessant and loud conversation, yelling and noise. It is because of that annoyance and the associated arguing, manipulation and attempted manipulation, that it has been impossible for me to stop this crime and obtain justice. I cannot even relax and recuperate.
This is not paranoia type delusions, but wilful torture, real conversation and noise, causing considerable pain. The sound is caused by people, some of whom have been named to The New Zealand police at the Auckland Central Police Station, in the major crime complaint of June 2006. Those people have not denied involvement to me; in point of fact some have confirmed that to me on many occasions. None have they been interviewed by the negligent police. These and other individuals continue to distress me with their vocal torture, humiliation, threats, innuendo, lies, distraction and physical torture of bodily processes, organs and functions. The lack of restraint shown by these people is unforgivable. People who I interact with, and who act in concert with others are well placed to verify this torture. Any one with information about these people and the scientists, surgeons, doctors, filmmakers and others involved should contact me immediately.
In fact all people that I interact with, or who are involved in the production controlled environment around me, are witnesses to the digital torture phenomenon and are complicit with the torture by their own actions, exasperated by their silence. This includes all actors, extras, shopkeepers, assistants, drivers and operators of busses, taxis, boats, aeroplanes, all call centre staff, public agency officials, lawyers, doctors, dentists, nurses, health workers, all professionals, journalists, police, licensees, duty managers, parking wardens, security guards, everyone. If you have been told to lie in wait, follow, mislead, annoy, harass ,or are otherwise prepared by others to interact with me, then you are actually stalking, harassing and  obstructing me. You are breeching my civil rights. Further as explained in this Cease and Desist document you are complicit in the most serious of crime and liable for prison sentence punishment.
University, corporate, charity, research organisation, business and government support, have greatly contributed to both the new implant technology that I am being tortured and  the illegal filmmaking production. I am seeking full disclosure and the rendering of medical assistance from all such institutions and individuals. I further demand they Cease and Desist all involvement with people involved in this unethical activity. Those institutions and you personally, should offer immediate medical, security and personal assistance and continue a dialogue with me. I am hugely disappointed with response to date. Be aware I will prosecute criminally and civilly all research and medical personnel, as well as all financers, torturers, filmmakers, idea thieves and all others who have and still are, refusing to assist and are otherwise being negligent in their behaviour. It will not be good enough to claim that you wanted to demonstrate or expose the dangers of this new technology, expose negligent doctors, unethical psychiatry or champion human rights.
Business owners, executives and company directors are exposing not just their business and themselves, but also their suppliers, clients, associates, distributors, advertiser, sponsors and sadly their employees to involvement in the crimes. That is an aggravating factor. This like all crime exposes people and their associates to prison sentence punishment, and substantial civil claims, so stop for the sake of others if not me and you.
Retailers, Restaurateurs, Designers, Hairdressers, shop managers and assistants are reminded that they must Cease and Desist, from harassing, obstructing, stalking or allowing their premises to be used for others who are stalking, terrorising and harassing me. Further they should immediately stop and restrain from, using stolen and complicit ideas in displays, promotions, advertising, store concept, layout and interior design, product selection, styles, designs and range, pricing, staff selection, uniform, menu’s etcetera. It should go without saying that I do not want to be filmed for commercial purposes or by any film, documentary productions especially as I have never given permission and any such would be a breech of my human rights. Simply put; I do not give, and have not granted permission to any store, restaurant, brand or company to exploit me for promotional or financial benefit. Further such complicity is extremely distressing given my on going torture and the lack of assistance in stopping the crimes and exploitation from you and others.
Under no circumstances, sponsor or fund the production, in any way whatsoever. Do not exploit my suffering as a means of marketing any product, service, advertisement, film, television program, website, brand, religious organisation, political party, charity, business, education business, tourist destination or activity, or anything whatsoever . It is sick, disgusting and criminal to profit from crime. All ill-gotten gains are illegal under New Zealand legislation.
Importantly, I have never consented to; firstly, be a part of any crime production; film, or otherwise, and secondly, have any of these devices in my body. I am desperately trying to remove myself from the production, and remove the illegal, meditech torture devices, from my body. I am constantly insisting, that people, simply must stop their abuse of me, and take this opportunity to again demand that everyone including, you and the New Zealand Police, cease and desist from all abuse, criminal behaviour and actions that are aiding and abetting the crime production. Your first duty should be in stopping the crime and my suffering, and then, assisting me in bringing people involved in this crime to justice. Because the police have failed in their duty to date, it is beholding on citizens to uphold the law. Be warned, I will prosecute all who continue crime, shield the guilty or profit from this enterprise.
 
Also importantly, I state that, I Terry John Burke, have not, and never will consent, to be, hurt, humiliated, abused, or victimized in any way, by anyone involved in the crime conspiracy, that includes all sponsors, financers and advisors, particularly, now that I am, more aware, of what the conspirators, filmmakers and their associates are cruelly doing. I absolutely do not want to be involved. I simply want all this crime stopped and justice done ASAP. I have my own personal, artistic and business life and desires that I wish to get on with. Do not hesitate to stop or expose this enterprise.
Neither do I grant my consent to have any films, television programs, radio content, music, books, newspapers or other media published, made about, or referencing in any way, my suffering, and this crime. Be aware that I intend to claim all proceeds from such enterprises including those that have already been undertaken. Crime legislation in most countries encourages that. All film, television, radio, web, computer games, print, commercials, advertising, and other productions, products and services which are complicit with the crime or feature stolen ideas, plagiarism and illegally obtained intellectual property must be stopped. Sales, publishing screenings, hires, plays and displays should cease and all proceeds should be frozen before repatriation to me.
In fact all intellectual property associated with this crime is subject to court action, in regards to profiting from the proceeds of crime. No one has ever obtained or asked for my permission, nor will they be granted it. Your first actions should be in stopping the crimes, not exploiting them for personal gain and certainly not contributing to them whether by deliberate action or non action (silence) in order to profit now or in the future from your involvement. Actors, film and television production workers and contractors as well as all news and print media workers, publishers, shareholders, executives, directors, owners, etcetera are advised to cease work on all breeching productions. Be advised, I now intend to make my own films, documentaries and creative product referencing this crime. This does not mean that the news media should continue to censor the publication of this news story or protect the wrongdoers, their employers, publishers and shareholders from exposure and criminal and civil prosecution. It is in fact the news media’s duty to expose this crime and report this news worthy event.
I am the victim of a deliberate and sinister criminal conspiracy. All individuals, private and public organizations or associates, involved, who misuse the illegal devices, intimidate, terrorize, humiliate, robotize, coordinate, and or participate in the crime conspiracy and steal, misappropriate, plagiarise and misuse my intellectual, and financial, or physical property and its proceeds, are committing crimes. I repeat you and your organization must stop this crime and tell others to stop. Do not protect others. That is extremely important.
A further aspect of this conspiracy is the theft of other people’s intellectual property which is going unchecked by them presently, as they are frightened of Police and Private prosecution for their involvement in the wider and serious crime. I remind those people, that given the failure of police and crown prosecution; private prosecution is inevitable and that they should expose this crime and any blackmailing, they should render help immediately or face even more severe punishment.
I am still seeking urgent; police, legal, financial and medical assistance. People, businesses, organizations and public authorities including the New Zealand Police, who are continuing harassing, distracting, and obstructing me, as I pursue justice, and seek remedies, must cease and desist, immediately, that undesirable criminal activity; it is causing me immense physical and financial harm and suffering. The Intimidation and offensive behaviour must also stop. I need you, to take decisive actions, and stop all involvement actual, and financial, that supports this crime in anyway.
I also need you to encourage, demand, advocate, and effect actions that will assist in making the people and organizations, that are duty bound to render help, actually honour their obligations. In particularly but not exclusively, I am referring to all New Zealand: Police, Judicial, Government, Medical, Media, Business, Film, Legal, Organizations and Personnel, as well as many overseas based organizations. Already these organizations are liable for massive civil and criminal clams, not just from me but other people deleteriously affected by their actions and wilful lack of actions.
 
I have made complaints to the New Zealand Police, which has not been investigated or prosecuted professionally. I would like you, to join me, in advocating to police, for those and these complaints to be fully and professionally investigated and prosecuted. If powerful and influential people are stopping this investigation from proceeding, then they should be exposed. All police, justice officials and the attorney and solicitor  generals are reminded, that they must act without fear or favour, they should investigate and prosecute those people, even if they include their own superiors and fellow officers. I remind everyone, that just because the police and well known filmmakers are seen to be involved with the crime conspiracy, and are violating my civil rights, that corruption does not mean that you or any others are excused for your involvement in the crimes that beseech me.
A most substantive complaint to the New Zealand Police was made in June 2006, to senior sergeant Malone and Inspector Rob Abbott of Auckland Police, who was commanded by Brett England. The New Zealand Police have obviously not followed up that complaint in a professional manner despite multiple further complaints about that, to The NZ Police commissioner Howard Broad and many other police, judicial and government department and ministerial officials. The complaint detailed information, regarding when and where I was illegally placed under local anaesthetic. It names witnesses and suspects who have not been interviewed by police. The complaint outlined how, when I discovered the extent of the crime; devices in my body were exploited more severely. That is when the heaviest electric torture also commenced inside my body and when the noise, talk and interference I am subjected to internally, began. It is also when socio-environmentally, the, intimidation, noise and other extensive harassment, that I experience in my daily life increased, in a manifold and substantial way. The crime complaint also outlined other lesser, but still criminal activity that has victimized me, including vehicle, personal thefts and physical assaults. Shockingly, I also have radiology evidence and physical scars that the New Zealand police have refused to examine or document despite multiple attempts to table them.
New Zealand Assistant Police Commissioner, Rob Pope has written to me in November 2007 saying an enquiry was being made as to the standard of professionalism in dealing with my complaints. The result of that enquiry is already long overdue and is a sideline, anyway, to the complete and abject failure of the New Zealand Police to respond to my complaints in a genuine, sincere and appropriate professional manner, befitting their actual sworn duty. The New Zealand Police and the Independent Police Conduct Authority, have in fact obstructed and hindered my dealing with this crisis, and are continuing to do that. Even My two motor vehicles including Jeep BYA123 remain unrecovered. I am convinced the negligence of the Police is not just the result of prejudice and incompetence; it is contrived, calculated, and officially sanctioned. Therefore, I am now forced to seek alternative legal solutions to my problems. These include, cease and desist orders, like this one, interlocutory legal proceedings, and importantly private prosecutions, etc. In regards to that, I insist that all people with evidence and information, who wish to stop this crime and associated corruption, communicate directly with me even if you have already forwarded statements etc to the New Zealand police or others.
Information is vital in stopping this crime. Specifically I am seeking statements from you and your staff, as to your knowledge regarding your involvement and the operation of this conspiracy and the individuals, companies and organizations contributing to the crime. I want to know the identities of all individuals, filmmakers, scientists, specialists, police officers, professionals, companies and organizations involved. Details such as company names, addresses, the extent of financial involvement and profiteering are vital. I also want to know, why they and you would continue to participate in the crime, given my ongoing pleas, for it, and you, to stop. Providing knowledge and evidence will assist your own liability position and greatly assist my quest for Justice and the cessation of the wide ranging criminal actions.
I definitely do not want to be filmed, photographed, stalked, harassed, or be subjected to objectionable and offensive behaviour, including conspired behaviour and acting. I am in need of physical protection. Tell other people involved in this crime to stop, and demand organizers also cease and desist from their involvement and the terrible torturing. Take notes as to who else is involved and their knowledge of the extent of the crimes. Do not assist or protect other people, who are involved in ongoing criminal activity. Do engage in sincere and genuine dialogue with me. Do not conspire with others to stall, delay, or otherwise obstruct justice, in all matters regarding these crimes. Stop all objectionable behaviour, and intimidation immediately. Do not profit from this crime. Take direct action to stop the torture forthwith.
All organizations need to urgently review all advertising, marketing, commercials, programs, packaging, products and services, so as to stop causing offence and harm, as well as eliminating the use of forcibly stolen intellectual property. Media and production companies and individuals are advised to stop writing, making, publishing or broadcasting all productions that are deliberately offensive or use stolen intellectual property. Such productions clearly show complicity in this horrendous crime, and expose all those who are involved with them to criminal and civil prosecution. I urge the media to expose the truth of this.
I have been endeavouring; to have the news of this crime reported in the media; this has proved more difficult than expected, due to their criminal actions. However, I am press releasing to the media constantly, and hope to break through that corruption shortly. You must assist with this. For example post information about this crime on the Internet. Because of criminal action by Internet service and news providers, as well as others, this has not been practicable for me. Documenting your actions will assist me and justice authorities.
Witness statements, affidavits, statements of facts, information and support are required at my physical or email address, on this notice. These are urgently required, so that they can be used, to assist in stopping the crime, and peoples suffering; especially my own. Because of your involvement, I expect you to assist me with this. I implore you to be brave, and stand up to the authoritarians that control or contribute to the conspiracy, that has destroyed my life and others. Do not commit crimes to shield others from justice or exposure. It is your duty to join me in fighting this crime. Stop all contrived behaviour. Do not shield the guilty.
I will now have to, prosecute all people, companies and organizations that have conspired in crimes against me, particularly if they continue to do so, and especially after receiving warning orders such as this. Behaving; conspiringly, apathetically, dishonestly, negligently, unhelpfully, or in a misleading manner in regards to matters pertaining to me, and regarding your involvement in this crime will only worsen your situation in subsequent legal action. You must act independently of the production. You are responsible for your actions. Consequences you may face include criminal and civil charges resulting in imprisonment.
 
In regard to my need for urgent medical treatment, you must take all means at your disposal to alert doctors and health authorities of the urgency, seriousness and realness of my grave torture situation. Do not withhold, or compromise medical treatment, or, my human, civil and patient rights. I am in ongoing, real physical pain of barely tolerable amounts, caused by others, deceptively, unmercifully and totally irresponsibly. I have many undesirable symptoms, which I need to be able to describe to medical professionals. I have meditech devices in my body which must be removed before they are used, or misused to kill me dead.
Medical organizations, doctors and health workers should especially, cease and desist from working in concert with people unauthorized by me. This is so that life-threatening devices can be forensically identified, and removed, with legal and forensic integrity. This is also vital in stopping my being tortured, controlled, and having to take inappropriate dangerous prescription medication, as well as the suffering I am enduring from the abuse the meditech devices and their affects on my bodily organs and physical and medical health. I need people to advocate on my behalf for the medical care and pain relief I need and have been completely denied because of criminal activity at Hospitals, Medical Clinics, Specialists, Private Doctors and Ambulatory Services. I am seeking more forensic, medical evidence and request assistance in obtaining that..
 
I remind you, that it is not in your interests to support any criminal conspiracy that is coordinating crime against me in any way whatsoever. It is important that you assist me in fighting this crime now by offering genuine and honest assistance. Set right past wrongs, so as to avoid facing maximum criminal and civil consequences. Do not rely on organizers, the New Zealand Police, or production workers (film or other); they do not care about the problems they have caused me, or others, and cannot be trusted, they are only interested in their work, their finances, their messages, and their personal lives, not mine or yours. Please assist me in informing others of my situation, forward records of that to me. All individuals, companies, organizations, political parties and public authorities, etc, must take immediate action to handle this situation, and join others in offering immediate appropriate initial assistance. I remind you it is also, a serious criminal act, to profit from the proceeds of crime. Under no circumstances should you accept money or goods in kind (whether tangible or intangible), from businesses, or people involved in the crime conspiracy, that in itself is crime.
 
I direct you, to use all means at your disposal, to stop all aspects of this crime; including my torture and the exploitation of my being tortured; the criminal use and misuse of mine and others intellectual property, and its proceeds, the invasion of my privacy, and my exposure to intimidating, threatening, experimental and objectionable actions. You should launch a immeadiate inquiry and follow up the inquiry that Mr Pope claims to have already commenced.I insist that you, and or your organization be upfront, sincere, and honourable, if you decide to assist me. Definitely do not continue to engage in activities that harm others, or my financial and medical health and well being, or expose me to any more terror, danger, pain, violence, harassment, intimidation, chemicals, poisons, emotional distress and humiliation, whatsoever. Disclose all evidence and information you have regarding these matters, as well as any conflicts of interest, including dealings with third parties. Honesty is best policy.

 Police minister Collins and others, My matters are of the upmost urgency. You should address them before any other police business.Because of your and The NZ Police’s lack of action in dealing with these matters in a professional and normal manner I am continuing to suffer immensenly. My name is Terry Burke I have previously given you a letter explaining my predicament as a victim of a film inspired criminal conspiracy, which has without my consent, or approval conspired with many others to place sophisticated electronic devices in my body. These include a digital phone and digital biomedical devices, which are used to harass, torture and control much of my body movements and functions.

The production that coordinates both the misuse of those devices and an around the clock acting harassment production continues to violate my privacy and harm my health and well-being.

Because of police inaction I need to urgently seek alternative legal remedies to stop this production and am asking you to reconsider providing me with information oral or written about that production. I intend to use witness statements and affidavits to assist in the granting of legal injunctions stopping the production companies and public authorities who are organizing and continuing to allow the stalking and harassment.

Unfortunately many of these people, companies and authorities are being deliberately evasive and dishonest in their dealings with me. Their actions aid the continuation of the crime that beseeches me. I remind you that people who aid, sponsor and actively support others who are conducting serious crime are themselves guilty of crimes such as criminal conspiracy and perverting the course of justice. I draw your attention to the following.

On this and on every appearance I have made in the Auckland District Court for the last five years. I have been subjected to harassment and intimidation by people that are in-part organized by a group of people who claim to me that they are making a film/crime production. They have also organized the crimes for which I am charged.

I am variously harassed and stalked by people in the public gallery, in the Court cells ( where I have previously past out due in part to stress) and security staff.

I do not and have never consented to being involved with this illegal production. I categorically do not want to be intimidated in these court buildings.

The Auckland District Court is in breech of cease and desist orders I have served on them in relation to this, I am enclosing a copy of a letter I have written to Court Manager Kevin Robinson today and another from November 10 ^th more notices and letters should be in the Court files.

I believe that evidence is readily available that shows that court staff actively conspire with people from the crime production. There actions serve to pervert the course of justice.

I represent myself today as I have found the defense lawyers available on legal aid to be unreliable and lacking in ethics.

I am also enclosing a letter from the director of the New Zealand Security Intelligence Service. Dr Warren Tucker.Which I am also forwarding with other documents to the NZ Police.

I request that you

1. Clear the court of organized stalkers in present and future dealings.
2. Consider dismissing charges against me because of obvious interference in my right to fair trial.
3. Order a court investigation as to why the privacy and other rights of an ordinary citizen should be so abused and on what grounds and whose authority.
4. Request a police investigation into past miscarriages of justice and the perverting of the course of justice in all matters I have had before this court.

5.  Inform Auckland Police of my harassment and the likelihood of this being a indicator of other crime such as Privacy violations, Personal threats, Stalking and so forth. I need Auckland Police to reassess their lack of action on some serious crime that I am the victim of your actions will influence that decision.

It is plainly wrong for court officials and officers, the public and cell prisoners, to work in unison at the sole exclusion of the accused, further that those people should do so at the behest of the very crime/film production people that have perpetrated the crime that I stand accused of.   This is rank injustice.

The matters I have placed before you are grave, they do not reflect well on the Court or its officers. Some of the people who have perpetrated these deeds tell me that they do so because they believe there are serious flaws in the New Zealand Criminal Justice System. They say they were originally motivated to do this in part after I was wrongly convicted and imprisoned in 1998. They began conspiring while I was incarcerated.

People have and are using me as a victim. They believe that the willingness of authority to persecute me at their behest shows that that authority is unprofessional not bounded by principles and not skilled enough to undertake the work they do.

I have had and still am having deeply distressing experiences because of this persecution. I am in physical and emotional pain at all times. It is disturbing that people in New Zealand readily participate in the harassment and victimization of someone who has never done them or anyone else harm.

Justice is not served when good men who know better do nothing. The crime I am a victim of would not happen if individuals spoke up against obvious wrong and those in positions of immense power over others undertook their duty of care with the up most consideration for the rights of the individual.

The matter I write about is the serious crime and human rights abuse that I am suffering in Auckland at the hands of a well-organized group of people that includes filmmakers, the NZ Police and many individuals and organizations including government.

This letter is not just written to further inform you but expressly asks you to responsibly use your powers to remedy and relieve some of the abuse and crime I am suffering from. This abuse is real and frightening.

I have made detailed complaints to Police about the most serious crime and none have been followed up due to Police being involved in the crime and being influenced by outsiders into not following basic procedure or duty. My complaints contain witness contacts, offender details, written statements from witnesses and myself. In fact many details and leads some of which are easily verified by simple observation or checking techniques. They have not just been made to local sworn and non sworn staff available by phone or at the public counter but to the NZ Police Commissioner, Area and CBD commanders as well. Members of your Government and representatives of government departments and agencies have not been helpful.

At my request correspondence 14 October was passed to the SIS director. Dr Tucker wrote to me stating he thought the matters raised should be investigated by the NZ Police, not the SIS or a combined taskforce as I suggested to him by letter. The reasons I suggested a combined taskforce were because of fears of Police corruption. It appears certain now that the Police are fully involved with sponsorship and contributing in many ways to the production enterprise and my victimization. The Police, members of the Government and the departments they represent who are supporting this production have completely wronged me. Their support has meant that I have been subject to extended and hideous abuse, privacy violation, humiliation, torture and harassment and financial CRIME. No matter how powerful a group of people are including an this elite of Film/Police/Government/Medical/Business you absolutely cannot subject a person to the type of crime and human rights abuse that I am being subjected to.

My abuse is testing the integrity, intelligence and ethics of Government, the police, organizations and people. To this extent I have become an unwilling victim of unprofessional conduct, personal rights violation and corruption. Legislation that should protect me has proved to be flawed, inadequate or non-existent. Agencies enforcing legislation are proving to be useless. I have never consented to being victimized by anyone. This is why this production has always been wrong and why it should never ever of been contemplated or allowed. Many times people in the production have told me, that they will not stop the crime I am subject to or the other clandestine activities they have been undertaking until the Police stop them and commence a criminal investigation. Civil lawyers I have consulted have told me they need Police to begin a criminal investigation so that they can properly begin litigation. I need to commence litigation against film companies, Government authorities and departments, businesses and individuals. Because the Police obfuscate my complaints and have not begun even a cursory investigation I am suffering not just extended physical and emotional pain and suffering but multi million dollars worth of financial damage. My children and others are also suffering. I have reported crime of the most serious nature that is happening now and for several years. The New Zealand Police should be not just asked why this is not being investigated but should be instructed to immediately review their attitude to removing themselves from working with the production team and begin investigating the serious complaints I have made independent of government and private interference. I ask for your assistance in achieving this.. Government representatives, departments and agencies must cease and desist from being involved financially or otherwise from any aspect of the production. It is patently wrong for government or anyone to sponsor and support what is clearly and obviously crime whatever the reason. You should see to this.

What this production has succeeded in doing is to of created a conspiracy that reaches across the world and through many aspects of government, business and the media. I regard this conspiracy as criminal. The police need to conduct a totally professional and beyond reproach investigation into my complaints as the process and outcome does not just effect my life but many others and how people regard that and other institutions in the country you are Prime minister of New Zealand. As well as extricating the government and its agencies from being involved with crime against me and the production that assists that you should ensure that those departments’ authorities and agencies assist me and those seeking justice on my behalf by providing all necessary information that will stop and prosecute those responsible for the crime against me.

As no reply was recieved from the New Zealand PM I resent this letter and also copied it to the leader of the opposition two weeks ago, I have since recieved one letter from the PM’s office stating thery have forwarded this letter and the other information I have sent to the Poilce Minister I have had previous correspondance with the police minister (a ministerial post traditionally given to the weakest member of cabinet in New Zealand) That person Annette King has not even bothered to reply I believe this demonstrates effective complicity in the organised crime  conspiracy that is victimising me.

There are thousands firstly the hundred or so who know totally they are connected to the production and instrumental in its continuation.

Secondly there are thousands who have been exposed to me on the streets and shops of Auckland, Taupo and Wellington over the past few years. They take jobs that are in acting parlance called extra roles. These people are the sheep for the production as they do what they do unthinkingly. If only they thought or questioned why they would harass a person (legally they become stalkers and criminals).

Those people are told where to be by the production to do their acting when I walk by or arrive, How would they know I was going to be somewhere that I had told nobody I was going to and at times didn’t know I would be there myself. For instance at the computer cafe I am in now 25 people were waiting they are all doing bullshit acting. These kiwi sheep people should realize that people must have a sinister way of finding or bringing me to where they are lying in wait. So they know people are A harassing me B Likely got technology embedded in my body that they use sinisterly.

Secondly those thousands of people are told what to do when I do something, ex look at them, scratch and so on they are told to do certain acting actions what they are really being told is that people have a large amount of control over my body. Again this is achieved through sinister and clandestine means via the use of biotech devices connected through digital phone/internet lines to computers and software.

 No doubt many of the extra thousands have figured out that something is sinisterly wrong, indeed I have given out a thousand notices telling people exactly that they are participating in illegal activity and are most likely stalkers. This website has also appealed to them previously to think and not just act in the production but ACT in realty (both are of cause) in a independent citizenly fashion and report the harassment they witness to the police and there employers. I have been told that some have.

I beleive that some of the criminals in the production command (the Hundreds who know) justify their continuation not just on a finacial “I am making money” basis or a “I am making a Movie” basis (torturing someone for a movie is still a 14year jail sentence afterall) but on a end justifies the means “this will teach people certain morals” basis hence those “I must educate the world people” Or “i am a artist who breaks laws so I can shock people with my art” are actually offering the kiwi sheep people “extras” in the production the chance to become heroes and stop the production.

Infact I am told constantly by two of the tortureres that they want people whose job or responsibility it is to assist justice to stop the production. People like the MP’s Mayors and councillors who I have written to or talked with or people like the ceos of companies who have sponsored or provided equipment to the crime production can all use their influence on Police who I have named on this website to make them realise that it is their job to not harass me on behalf of a crime/film production but to infact recognise that what the production does is illegal and stop the production and investigate the crime. I am in need of medical assistance. Urgently.

I am also the victim of a crime production (a grouped people have set themselves up as criminals in order to make a film and victimise me) this production has seen them hiring or recruiting doctors to act rather than conduct professional clinical examination.

I need a doctor who will tell these people to bugger off and stop interfering with my privacy and my medical problems.

I need referrals to specialists in Radiology and Neuroscience so that I can have my problem diagnosed.

I also need a doctor who can work with the police and civil lawyers and inform them of any interference in my medical privacy.

My condition will attract large media attention so any doctor should be confident of his abilities to conduct a clinical examination and work with specialists.

I am in constant unbearable pain.

I cannot afford to pay more that one doctor so I do not want to waste my time with a doctor who will do nothing or worse than that do what other people ask him to do.

I have also been hand delivering a copy of this letter with my new home phone number and my hand phone number to doctors in walking distance from my house in the Auckland CBD. This includes Gita Patel who has previously failed to follow through after a visit last year. Doctors at the City Meds, Albert Street, Ponsonby Medical Centre, White Cross Ponsonby and other doctors in ponsonby Road.

Surely someone must know a Doctor who will put medcine ahead of actting or money. Privacy is privacy. So far no Doctor has responed.

Meantime my son in school in Singapore has sent me a letter for the Police  telling of his experience when he last visited in 2004 about being exposed to the Acting Conspiracy , At that time he could see the stress it was creating for our family and he appeals to the NZ Police to “start a criminal investigation” . He does not want the crime production to continue.

Since my Son and Daughters Visit several years ago I have been falsely imprisoned several times once for Six Months and have been assulted physically and by remote control devices embeeded in my body by hideous people. I have had two vechicles stolen and been forced to live in a state owned flat at first with no furniture because of theft of my previous home contents. Now at least I have the basics apart from a fridge and cooking utensils.

I am presently the victim of a full-scale crime production. People involved with this organised activity target me for wide ranging and serious crimes, including torture and the theft of intellectual and personal property. Journalists and the media organisations they represent are conspiring with the production to perpetuate and extend this abuse. I am asking that journalists cease their involvement with this criminal conspiracy, it is not just unethical but criminal and you should have never had anything to do with it. I have never consented to any interference in my life. I am particularly angry that journalists have profited off of ideas that I generate. Why should anyone profit from the torture and harassment of another particularly against his expressed consent. Further you should encourage the media organisations that you work with to expose the crime even if this is against their financial interest. I have been trying for some time now to expose this sinister crime and the media cover-up. Because of greed and hack journalism which would rather plagiarise and mimic instead of generate and investigate I am having to suffer continued pain. I have urgent and serious medical problems caused by a sinister group of perpetrators. I have problems with unprofessional; medical, legal and police personal and I have to deal with a large political cover-up, perhaps desperately trying to protect themselves because of unthinking involvement with the crime production. You absolutely cannot stalk, harass and torture any person so why would any journalist support this abuse. In fact even the most basic journalist should expose, publicise and attempt top halt such hideous behaviour.  

Why not stop waiting for everybody else to do your job and then join the bandwagon, as you seem to be intent to do. I can be found every day in the main street of New Zealand surrounded by hundreds of acting people as I try to stop the torture and the crime production that is also demonstrating the poor quality of journalism.

I am in urgent need of Police and Medical assistance.    The crime production you andor the organisation that you represent, are party to, is torturing me with a sophisticated cell phone secreted near my ears. People talk on it incessantly unless I am being allowed to sleep or talking to someone. I cannot switch it of and have never consented to its insertion.   I am also subject to body manipulations by biotech devices embedded secretly elsewhere in my body. People control much of my bodily functions.   I have been tortured in terrible ways for several years now, barely a day goes buy I do not cry at some point. I am in constant pain. This continues to get more serious daily. I have problems getting medical professionals to cease their conspiring with the production and act ethically, humanely and independently.  People are organized to harass and obstruct me as I pursue justice on an around the clock basis. If you know people or are one of the people involved in this they/you should cease and desist. Legal opinion suggests they are criminally liable.  My privacy is being violated and my personal and intellectual property stolen.   I need you to take decisive actions such as writing to the Auckland Police and informing them of my position. They have so far refused to investigate my statements professionally. They have in-fact been supporting this crime production mistakenly. Your letter will help in their reassessment. Police must investigate my serious crime reports, but  the sooner the better.   People are really hurting me. People will notice that I have specifically referred to the theft of property intellectual (via brain jacking) and personal. So far only a few people have acknowledged my letter. There seems to be a deliberate conspiracy campaign particularly in parliament, which has parliamentarians refusing to acknowledge or champion my cause. I am also very dissapointed with the Auckland city councillors who are ignoring my letters of last week and allow Auckland to be messed up with jams,xtras and noise produced by the crime production against my expressed demands. Retailers and citzens must be fedup with the lack of action by council.

As I have mentioned to people who I am talking to 10-20 per day now, I will value anybody who has the decency to do the right thing and be honest with me now. I am appreaciated to the people who have already written letters of support to me.

I was hoping that the new ownership of this title would led to some actual investigative journalism in New Zealand, seems they just want to make the money of the sex industry that fairfax was a bit ashamed of doing.

I have sent letters/Notices to the editor and Journalists at the Herald but although it seems many of them have looked at my website none of the Heralds Journalists have actually called me. Surely at least some of them have witnessed all the activity on
Auckland’s streets. I am now writing to some of these journalists to let them know my disgust at their ethics and involvement in a criminal conspiracy.

No one form the many radio stations I have approached have called, despite receptionists and others that I meet their being very interested and in agreement with me that the production is a very wrong thing.It is obvious that the newspapers are financially involved with the harassment production, what they don’t realize is that the production is in all probability partly about their lack of ethics, Money before truth dogma and general lack of Journalistic nouse.

I am keeping some copies of papers with stories that seem implausible, written specifically for me or made from ideas and thoughts stolen directly from me. One thing the papers are useful for is showing me the extent of advertiser involvement with the production.

What these media organistions should realsie is that not only is their coverup of my harassment and torture unethical in a journalistic sense but it also extends my actual suffering. The media in New Zealand is no doubt culpable in my torture. Their silence sponsorship  and conspiracy with the production cause me suffering phyiscaly and emotionaly
